Guess who graduated to only having to sleep with the sling on?!? ITS ME!!!!🥳🤩😍

And today is the first time I’ve put my arm in a shirt instead of under it! Mostly because Papa Pie was able to do it for me and I just sat there and let my arm dangle🤭

So I am encouraged to move my lower arm in and out (like it is in the picture) so I don’t get frozen shoulder. So lots of bending my elbow up and down, and moving my hand towards my body and away…but absolutely NO moving my upper arm, especially lifting my arm up.

If I were to do that, I could knock a wire loose in my heart 😳 which would require an emergency surgical revision…so no worries to those who worry I’m gonna push it - I have less than zero temptation to rush the healing process! One surgery on my heart was more than enough for AT LEAST this decade, please and thank you to my body for listening🤞🏼🥰

Out of surgery and it was successful. Still in quite a bit of pain but to be expected. If all goes well, discharge to hotel tomorrow and then Papa Pie will drive me home on Saturday ❤️‍🩹 thank you everyone!

Mojo can get a bit possessive of me at times. He’s just never had a human to love before, so we’re still working on learning that I have enough love for both of them💜💜

For the last two weeks I’ve been at the Mayo Clinic getting diagnosis and treatment for a rare genetic cardiac condition, and I just got home to my boys…I definitely cried editing this video - The Tiny Waffles and Mister Mojo were just as happy to see me as I was to see them❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
