I designed this so I have no one to blame but myselffff but - is it bad that I’m starting to highly regret the ring I asked for? 😩 the band and everything is perfect but one thing I was extremely iffy about in the process was the size of the stone. I feel like this is massive? It’s a 2 ct but my day to day wear is giving homeless sooo paired together I feel like it’s maybe edging on costume jewelry? 🫩 somebody talk me off the cliff of a) resetting this with something smaller and making the current stone a necklace or b) getting rid of the petal setting and having it sit as flush as possible to the band somehow

I’m getting the tree in the background removed within the next two weeks. House was built in 1967 in Houston. I bought it five years ago and the horizontal cracks didn’t flag anyone doing the inspection but I think theyve gotten worse. Left it out of sight out of mind if I’m completely honest. The corner chipping was barely noticeable before though and now it seems massive
