Just posted the full setup to automatically send clients a Trustedform certificate URL with every lead using LeadSwitchboard. This is a must to prove lead quality for every PPL agency

If you run a Pay Per Lead agency, a TrustedForm certificate attached to the lead is now a basic requirement.

It proves consent was given. It shows the actual form session. It kills most “this lead is junk” claims before they turn into a refund request.

Full setup, start to finish is in the video so you can link Trustedforms to LeadSwitchboard to automatically send the certificate URL to your client when they buy a lead.

It’s worth demoing this on sales calls as well. It is one of the cheapest ways to prove you are not selling recycled data.

Tuesday, 28th July Group Call: I’ll live-build the Lead Distribution software to run a pay-per-lead agency. All are welcome - Newbies or veterans.

You can distribute & sell 50 leads a month without paying for lead distributio software. Tomorrow I’m building the entire Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) distribution system live at the group call.

LeadSwitchboard is what I run my own PPL agency on. I’m showing you my actual setup.

What goes up on the call

- Campaigns for lead delivery for both PPL & Retainer clients
- Set up for calling US clients & Automated email & text notifications
- Dispute center for lead return management
- Credit wallets so your clients can pre-pay for credits they use to buy leads
- Many other tiny little things you may not know you need yet.

You need nothing to watch. Show up and take notes.

If you want to build along in real time, have these ready: your B2C funnel questions (the quiz you use to qualify leads), Twilio, a Google Workspace email, Zapier.

This is for you if you’re just starting with pay-per-lead, if you’re running it out of spreadsheets, or if you have retainer clients and want to add a few PPL clients.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 28th July
8pm IST / 10:30am ET / 3:30pm UK

Comment if you have any questions you want me to cover specifically. Call link will be posted tomorrow.

Policies, Terms & Conditions delayed my PPL agency launch. But it was worth getting it right. Here’s what I learned about the legal niche

When I was selling home services leads, my entire compliance setup was a privacy policy and a basic disclaimer.

That was it. Nobody ever asked me for more. Painting contractors weren’t requesting my consent language before they bought. I ran ads, collected leads, sold them, moved on.

Then I started building the legal pay per lead niche, and that assumption fell apart quickly.

Legal’s a regulated vertical and there’s no benefit of the doubt. Here’s what I had to have in place before I could send traffic.

Separate policies for the consumer side and the buyer side:
The people filling in my intake form and the attorneys buying the leads are two completely different audiences with two completely different sets of rights. They need their own documents. The consumer notice lives on the form page. The terms attorneys agree to stay in my onboarding flow and LeadSwitchboard.

A lead purchase agreement.
Separate from the platform terms of service. It covers what counts as a valid lead, the return window, dispute handling, and the buyer confirming they will honor consent scope and DNC list obligations.

Disclaimers specific to the vertical.
Clear language that I am not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Clear language that I am not affiliated with any government agency. Critical stuff.

A checkbox for explicit written consent above “SUBMIT” buttons.
It sits above the submit button and it is readable.

And the checkbox cannot mandatory.
This is the one that surprised me most and I think it is the one most people get wrong. Someone has to be able to submit the form without ticking it. If consent is mandatory to submit, it is not really consent, and that is exactly the kind of detail that gets pulled apart later. It costs you some leads. Take the hit.

TrustedForm certificates on every single lead.
Proof of what the person actually saw and did on the page at the moment they submitted. When a buyer forwards you a complaint six months from now, that certificate is your entire defence.

One thing I got wrong early. I assumed that because I was not collecting any specific health information, none of the sensitive data rules applied to me. That is not how it works. What can be inferred from the submission matters, and selling the data triggers its own set of obligations regardless of how careful your form fields are. I had to rethink the whole consumer notice after that.

The honest cost of all this was time. The campaigns I was going to launch last Tuesday were delayed while I sorted it out,.

It was still the right call. I would rather lose a few weeks than get screwed later.

Everything is in order now. Clients go live 6pm Monday, Eastern. I will post an update once I have real numbers.

If you are running home services and thinking about moving into legal or anything else regulated, budget for this properly. It is not a weekend of copying templates.

What did I miss? If you are already running a regulated vertical, I want to hear what caught you out.

Who else hasn’t used TrustedForm certificates in their pay-per-lead agency? I had no clue it existed until now. Here’s why it’s crucial in lead generation.

I’m launching my PPL agency in the legal niche. I have $500K of revenue from selling home service leads. But 0 experience with legal. I now know that it comes with wayyy more compliance and regulations. One of them is a TrustedForm certificate for every lead.

The certificate is your proof of lead quality. It proves that the lead is real, fresh, and came from your form.

And the certificate is what protects you when a consent claim comes back on you. TCPA damages run $500 to $1,500 per violation with no cap, and class actions settle in the millions.

Every serious buyer wants certificates. The big buyers won’t touch your leads without them, especially in legal, finance, credit, and employment. Buyers pay more for leads with a certificate.

Once it’s set up, a certificate is created when a lead submits your form. Each certificate comes with a session replay. You can watch what the lead did on the page, including agreeing to your consent language. Pass the certificate URL to your buyer when you deliver the lead.

It’s free to create a TrustedForm account and free to generate a certificate. There’s a $10 monthly minimum that covers 65 certificates, with no annual commitment.

After that it’s 10 to 15 cents to retain each one depending on your volume, and 1.3 cents to store each certificate for the full five years. The statute of limitations on a TCPA claim is four.

I use Lead Switchboard to deliver the certificate to my client when they buy the lead. It happens automatically. I just conected both.

This is new to me. And it’s a whole other level. I’m implementing this right now in the legal niche I’m expanding into. I’ll break down my setup on Tuesday’s live group call.

Are you collecting TrustedForm certificates?

Do backlinks still impact seo? Is it against any policies to do a kinda backlink exchange if the industries make sense? I’ve got two 12 DA websites.

Any seo experts in the house? Somebody reached out to sell me a backlink package. Do backlinks still help?

If they do would anybody in here want to exchange links if the industries match and there’s no competition?

Don’t know if this is even ok to do. How does this really work?

Thanks in advance.

My Pay Per Lead agency software stack, with costs (2026). Not an endorsement, just what I use.

Here's my whole stack by category. Know of better alternatives at lower costs? Drop them in the comments please.

Cancelling these as native LeadSwitchboard options ship. The AI SMS bot is already in testing.

Build & communications

Claude Max
Price: $200/mo
Use: Claude Code, website, chat, Cowork

Twilio
Price: $1.15/number/mo, ~1¢/min US calls, under 1¢/SMS
Use: US phone numbers, calls, texts

Google Workspace
Price: ~₹180/mo
Use: professional email

GoDaddy
Price: ₹900–1,000 per .com

D7 Lead Finder
Price: $100 for one month
Use: lead scraping

Business & Money

Wyoming LLC
Price: approx $300/year — US LLC registration and annual filings

Relay Financial
Price: $0
Use: banking, ACH and wires at no cost

Stripe
Price: ~3%
Use: payment gateway

The numbers

Fixed monthly SaaS: ~$447/mo.
Claude Code is almost half and unnecessary for most new agencies.

$187/mo of that is about to disappear; GHL, CloseBot and Zapier, all will be replaced natively by LeadSwitchboard soon.

Plus ~$300/year for the LLC, Twilio and TrustedForm usage, and 3% to Stripe on payments I collect by card.

You can start this with almost nothing. Distribution software free, Apollo free, a domain for ten bucks, Twilio pennies. Everything expensive on my list is expensive because I'm scaling, not because I needed it on day one.

What's on your stack that I'm missing?
