Where can I find replating nikasil shop in Perth?

Hi, I am rebuilding my 2012 cbr1000rr with 90000km, and cylinder 1 has a vertical deep scratch, and cylinder 2 has scoring. I took it apart because spark plug ground electrode from cylinder 2 came off and cylinder 2 has 80 psi of compression compared to 130 to 140psi in 1 3 and 4. I am going to send cylinder head for a valve job, buying new wiseco high compression piston, but I am clueless of where to bring my clinders too. Since it is nikasil, it cant be hone. I am based in perth, so itll be good to how where local shops do them. Otherwise I might have to send my cylinders which is not preferred. Cylinder 1 looks like a piece of piston rings broke off and scratched the walls and piston but I cant see anything wrong with the rings. Also, carbon buildup is intense around the intake valve side, so I suspect the valve seal is blown in the intake side. What do you guys think? And let me know if you have some useful information. Thankyou!

Hi, i have a 2012 cbr1000rr that I am going to rebuild soon, but what materials are the valves(both intake and exhaust) made out of? I kept getting mixed answers from online whether it being titanium or stainless steel. I want to know if i can lap them or not. I searched the part number and google says it is stainless. But when i put the bike model, it says titanium. Thankyou.
