Boot recommendations for painful bottoms of feet?

Looking for a new pair of hiking boots and specifically I’m looking for something that can limit the pain on the soles of my feet.

I’ve dealt with foot pain for a number of years now Justin daily life, the podiatrist says it is NOT plantar fasciitis - it’s likely just that I have exposed nerves combined with really high arches, so anytime I’m on my feet for more than a little while they hurt a lot.

This obviously translates a lot into hiking. 10 out of 10 times when I have to stop or take a break, it’s not because my legs are so sore, it’s not because i’m out of breath or my heart rate is too high, It’s because my feet are in unbearable pain.

Wanted to see if there’s anybody in here who has had similar experiences and found a boot that helps them out.

Struggling to decide on wattage for an amp

I know this is kind of a newbie question, but I have not gigged in a long time and I’m finally getting back into it.

For shows I am playing mostly classic rock in outdoor venues, I have rented and borrowed amps up to this point, but I really am looking to get my own.

Trying to figure out what to go for on wattage and volume has been a real headache. RMS watts vs Peak vs Ohms and cone size and everything else, I honestly just don’t understand it that well.

I need something that’s loud and clear.

Right now I’m looking at a Hartke KB15 with 250watts RMS and 500watts peak. Would this be suitable for outdoor venues with anywhere from 70 to 200 people or do I need more? With the type of music we play I definitely want to be heard and don’t just want to rumble underneath the mix. Also need to be able to slap and solo.
