I was a fan of Trae when it was launched and have been videcoding on it for last entire year.

I went through a lot of good and bad times with trae. Now one day I checked that it was using some kind of vector database and the .trae folder on my machine was 14GB.

I decided to clean everthing and to restart. What happened has been a joke.

I got banned for suspicious activity. When I opened a ticket, I got a response after 15 days and then no one responded. Seriously as a leading editor which impressed me , you guys have fallen to the lowest level.

I helped get more than 100 installs, I am a trainer in Ai and python and was always recommending Trae but this debacle has left me speechless.

I am developing a ctrader based algo trading engine using fix protocol. One of. the functions which I have developed or rather I would say use is to get the open positions. Now the response from fix is giving me all open positions but I am not getting the exact time when the position is opened.

Can someone help me with this. I tried to search online in various forums and what I have found is that the fix doesnt give the trade time. I think so I am making some mistake.

I have been using trae absolutely daily since Jan 2025 and I was feeling confident that it can really make something useful.

But this ban has actually broken my heart and the customer care never responds.
