Got diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year (2026) after years of irregular periods. The diagnosis itself was almost a relief (finally knowing what was going on), but the adjustment to "you'll be on medication indefinitely" has been harder than I expected. 6 months in now…still figuring it out. Looking for honest experiences from women managing this long-term, what's helped you on the day-to-day, the medication side, the lifestyle changes, the mental adjustment to a lifelong condition in your late 20s.
