PCOS diagnosis at 25… adjusting to lifetime medication. Anyone else here?

Got diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year (2026) after years of irregular periods. The diagnosis itself was almost a relief (finally knowing what was going on), but the adjustment to "you'll be on medication indefinitely" has been harder than I expected. Doctor cited out many issues but mainly lifestyle and all…

6 months in now…still figuring it out. Looking for honest experiences from women managing this long-term, what's helped you on the day-to-day, the medication side, the lifestyle changes, the mental adjustment to a lifelong condition in your late 20s.

Advices and suggestions (serious only pls).

Suggestions needed! what footwear should I pair with this dress and bag? sandals, heels or anything else?

What style of shoe (and what color) would you suggest? Links or pics are highly appreciated.🙌

Husband gifted me a new mangalsutra

My husband is generally not the gifty types (he does love me a lot though). I have only ever gotten gifts from him 3 times in 5 years of our marriage. Once during our marriage, then once and now !!

This month he got promoted to Senior Manager Operations at work (IT) and today he got me this necklace (mangalsutra) from Giva. He came and said that he went to many stores (Bluestone, Palmonas, Zavya and all) and checked out designs and all before finally getting this. (Started ranting like crazy outta nowhere😅

I am really shy and HAPPY!!❤️😭

Best “cheer up” gift for a friend who got passed over for a promotion? (I live 3 states away)

My best friend is feeling completely crushed today because she just found out she didn't get the promotion she’s been working tirelessly for all year.

Thing is…I’m three states away, so I can’t exactly show up with wine, takeout, and a full trash-talk session about her workplace. I still want to send her something that actually feels thoughtful and helps her get through the week.

I was thinking maybe champagne and fancy chocolates, truffles or something, just to spoil her a little. But not sure if that’s sweet or kind of generic.

Wdy’all think? Need suggestions.

So the “G” pendant was not a soft launch 😭

Here I was thinking if the Gaurav Arora angle was gonna come up again…but she’s now the face of GIVA it seems.

Kriti kitti kyut hai yaar!!
