Can’t feel my glutes for the life of me😭

Idk if this has been asked one too many times here but i’ll just go for it anyway. No matter what kind of exercise im doing, be it squats, glute bridges, step ups- i just can’t seem to feel anything in the glutes? I thought maybe im not doing the right kind of stretching so i incorporated quite a few stretches in my regimen (idk their names sorry😭) but I don’t think I still feel much of a difference. If anything, i feel the tension and the burn everywhere else except for the glutes. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything specific that works to improve this situation? Any advice would be highly appreciated:<

Egg day😩

A bit of an emergency😭 Alright so recently i set some goals for myself and started on weight training. Building muscles is what I’m focusing on and so tracking my protein intake is especially important for me cz otherwise i can very easily take way less than i should in proportion to my workouts. Now, today for lunch i have no chicken or fish, beef gives me allergies and however i do have an abundance of eggs. Even in terms of veggies or legumes, my pantry is kinda empty. Its just one of those days. But i gotta take at least 25-30g of protein for lunch and am kinda sick of scrambled eggs and omelettes. Any idea for some yummy high protein dishes with mainly eggs?

Callisthenics or strength training?

Hi there! I’m pretty much a beginner. At a point in life where I’m just trying to take the right steps and choose myself. Which also meant attention to my health and setting some goals. So I’ve been doing some digging and personally, i aim to build a stronger muscle mass and strength in general. I understand that strength training is the go to typically for such goals. But im quite weak in my body in general and i feel like maybe building muscle endurance first will help? Which points to calisthenics I believe. So now im conflicted between choosing where to start based on my goals. Again, im very much a noob so any advice will be genuinely appreciated! Thanks☻︎

Any suggestions?

Hi! New here. Any suggestions for a read that will leave me feeling more nourished, educated on a certain subject, maybe even a little something thought provoking? I’m not big on tacky self help books and that’s not exactly what my brain is craving for either. Just something that will feed my brain with some new awesome information haha. Would really appreciate any recs🎧🤍
