Had this built 12 years ago today, really wish I could get in contact with the og builder, but he's disappeared off the face of the earth it seems. Built from local reclaimed mahogany and a warmoth neck. Nitro finish, Lollar pickups, Grover tuners, custom cut aluminum pickguard.
I have this memory of reading a game magazine before the first Skate came out, that essentially promised us it was gonna be closer to what session is now. I specifically remember them referencing L/R foot mechanics, and that even simple handrail grinds would take hours etc. I do remember a lot of game publications over promising and under delivering when it came to final releases, and it feels like they would just make shit up to some degree.
