Should I worry about my wbc ?

Little context!
27 yo (F) ferritin on May 2026 was at 11, been taking new vitamins and now is at 13 😣
I’m a gastric sleeve patient also, 4 years ago I had my surgery.
Almost a year ago I lost I think 20-23 pounds, because I think I have been eating less and not working full time anymore ( I used to work probably 60 hours weekly M-Sun)
Noticed the weight change since I stopped working full time.
Now I’m 120 lbs.
Back in October 2025 I did lab test and my ferritin was 35. And White blood cells 5.1.
I redo test on May 2026 finding out that my ferritin was at 11 (been feeling really out of it, low energy, fatigue, something stuck in my throat etc) and WBC 4.5 started multivitamins for bariatric patients.
Redid my lab test July 2026! 3 days ago and my ferritin is at 13
But my WBC is 4.1
SHOULD I WORRY?
