Odette is the Prima Ballerina of Snezhnaya's Korolevskiy Troupe and a member of the Fatui. She learnt her craft under Rosalyne and she is said to be the prime candidate to inherit the “La Signora” title. However, I strongly doubt this is going to happen. Also, at least in my opinion, Odette still seems a bit weak to become a Fatui Harbinger. What’s everyone’s thought? Do you think she will inherit Signora’s seat or not?

Ronova, the Ruler of Death,is enforcing the Heavenly Principles to halt human rebellion against Celestia. She launches an attack on Paimon, enforces a "Curse of Death" to paralyze Snezhnaya's advanced weapons research, and subjects the characters to a traumatic, simulated "murder mystery" theater. Her extreme actions ultimately force the Traveler and the Jester to unite in order to neutralize her catastrophic threat to Teyvat.

Asmoday, the Ruler of Space, has abandoned her post in Celestia to secretly serve the Abyss Sibling as her new master, actively working to rewrite the laws of Teyvat. After leaving her throne and disappearing from the view of the other Shades, she has aligned herself with the Abyss Order to alter fate and challenge the Heavenly Principles.

Rhinedottir and Naberius exist as a dual entity sharing a single body after the Khaenri'ah scholar devoured the heart of the ancient Shade of Life to steal her cosmic power. While Rhinedottir disguises herself as Naberius to act as a double agent for the Tsaritsa and fuel the rebellion against Celestia, Naberius's trapped consciousness actively resists from within. This internal struggle plays a vital role in Snezhnaya, as Naberius utilizes her remaining authority over life to secretly resurrect citizens killed by Ronova's "Curse of Death".

Istaroth, the Ruler of Time, is… just there ,I guess. Plus, we don’t know what she is working on at the time, which makes her the most mysterious shade in my opinion.

I've been diving deep into the Fatui Harbingers lore recently, and a specific theory has been stuck in my head. I have the feeling that Pierro and the Tsaritsa might actually be biologically related.

As we know Pierro is a survivor from the fallen nation of Khaenriah, where he served as a royal mage. The Tsaritsa is the Cryo Archon, who is said to be the ancestor of all Khaenri'ahns (in the recent livestream),which hints that they are already related (as ancestor-descendant)

In addition to that, in the Mocking Mask lore, Pierro explicitly states that he chooses to wear a mask and serve her because she understands his pain. He pledges his allegiance not out of religious worship, but because she is the only entity willing to rewrite the "cruel laws" of the universe that destroyed his home.

Lastly, we know he is the Director of the Fatui. He personally searched Teyvat to find and recruit almost all of the other Harbingers. He targeted individuals who were outcasts, broken, or possessed god-defying talents-such as Signora (Rosalyne), Dottore, Scaramouche, and Pantalone. He redirected their personal anger into weapons for the Tsaritsa.

So could they be ,let’s just say, grandmother and grandson or are their age gaps bigger?
