I think I need a bit more help. I’m not interested in titrating down, but I’d like to add something that can help with focus, fatigue, sadness and crippling anxiety. I have PTSD, severe anxiety and long term debilitating depression. I used to take Wellbutrin with it and that was great! But then my NP left the practice and the new person wouldn’t let me have the Wellbutrin any longer because I have an aneurysm on my pulmonary artery that’s been monitored for 8 years. Help! 😎

That HUD is no longer allowing any ESAs? I’m rather distraught about this

My eyes are in just horrible shape and I have extreme medical trauma/anxiety. So I’m not a great patient (I’m trying! Getting better) I was found to be very very nearsighted at age 5. I wore contacts as soon as I could, for 40 years! My last prescription was like a -10 or -11. But I could no longer read, and I had developed an astigmatism that progressed quickly. I know my corneas are very damaged (Sjogrens) and if I start invasive treatments, will a scleral lens even work for my vision. I can no longer drive, read, see the computer, do needlework. It’s very depressing and I just wonder if I let it go too long and if this is my life.
