Best place for Craftsman tiller parts?

Hi , i bought this tiller and it runs pretty good after some fixing , but the shear pin on one of the wheels broke, and i’m having trouble finding the correct replacement , i type in model number and shear pin on amazon and what comes up is pretty similar , but i ordered it and it is just slightly too small, i was just wondering where ya’ll guys get parts for machines like this or if thats just how it goes ? i also tried using makeshift bolts and whatnot , but they kept breaking , i think it’s because tire is not as inflated as it could be and that’s putting stress on it , working on fixing them

bought a new mower

Mowed my lawn and cleaned it , but accidentally tipped it on the wrong side for a few moments before i realized , already cleaned air filter real good , should i take out the spark plug and pull it a few times / clean the carb? or should cleaning the air filter and checking fuel levels be sufficient … that’s what i did with my honda in the past , mower is Pioneer commercial grade with 163 briggs & stratton smart stow engine

Craftsman commercial tiller

not sure if this is a carburetor issue , i am pretty new to working with small engines, seller replaced carb before i bought it , it starts just fine and sounds good , but all way revved it tries to die , then perks right back up , i noticed a little valve thingy with a spring on the carb moves back n forth back n forth kinda slowly when it dies , my neighbor suggested maybe the seller put the spring in the wrong spot , anywho any help / info on this machine is GREATLY appreciated

Help me decide

So i went to check out the Troy bilt walk behind today that was listed for 900, It Was really cool and ran great! i offered 700 and accepted but i told him i just need to think on it and ask you guys what you think??
i can afford something nicer if i really want , i also didn’t know this mower is 25 yrs old! i almost wanted to buy it just for that , but awe man someon please chime in with some sage wisdom! He claims it can’t have more than 10 hrs on it because everyone just let it sit . It has also been sold before and sold back to him .
