moderately active or active?

I run about 30 miles a week, strength train for about an hour 5x a week, and i hit anywhere from 20k-25k steps a day. On saturday i do 2 hours of badminton, and i don't run on sundays, i just walk for about an hour or two in total after my lift.

I know that the calculators often overestimate activity levels, but i'm unsure if this falls into the moderately active or active category.

40 calories for each ice cream square?

Is 40 calories per square of ice cream a good estimate? They are fairly small despite them looking large in the photo, about the same hight of a eraser. I looked at nutrition labels of similar products, and they ranged from 26-39 cal per serving, which I'm assuming is a square. The flavors are taro, red bean, pineapple, peanut, and passionfruit, but looking at the labels, they didn't seem to vary widely in calories depending on the flavor. Please help these taste so good :')

do i have no self-control or what

i'm on vacation right now, and I'm honestly not fully recovered, but I've made so much progress that it feels like i'm almost recovered. Before I started recovery, I used to sit in the kitchen for hours just eating numbly. Not because I was physically hungry, but because of how mentally starved. After a couple weeks though, I stopped and I became more aware of what I was eating, as in I was actually thinking when I ate.

These past few months, I've tried to freely let myself eat whatever I want, and honestly, I really let myself eat all (most) of the sugary pastries and sweets I craved. But recently, after dinner, I keep mindlessly snacking on whatever food is infront of me even though I'm stuffed. I keep telling myself to stop, but I can't help it. Is this just a lack of self control or am I spiraling?

Just wanted to share a great website for visuals on Asian (specifically Taiwanese) foods!

https://www.nutri.jtf.org.tw/Article/Lists/56

If you can't read chinese, then translate it using the google translate option next to the bookmarks star : )

I love this website! As a Taiwanese person that eats Asian foods in America often, this is literally heaven

Does the order of exercises i do matter?

By the title i mean for example, the current program i am following tells me to do 1 set of bicep curls, then move onto 1 set of tricep extensions, but I prefer doing 3 sets of bicep curls, and then move onto a different exercise. Can I change it up like that, or does the order matter?

I've been lifting 3x a week for a month now and but recently whenever I do something, lets take bicep curls for example, i literally don't have enough energy to lift my arm up, but my muscle still feels like it can do a lot more reps. This only started to happen around last week. Is it because of improper form?
