I have submitted my counter notice to instagram again and I haven't received any responses aside from the confirmation email they received it.
Do they usually reply or just waiting the 14 business days is enough?

I submitted counter notices for false copyright strikes on instagram on the link they sent me on my email, then they sent me an email saying "We've received your counter-notification" but then and they sent me this later:

You may want to reach out to the party who reported your post to resolve the issue directly with them. huh? are they denying counter notices? that was not an appeal I submitted the official form.

I had my ig account deactivated due to copyright strikes but I was not purposely stealing peoples videos, I was using as an example for educational/awareness purposes. I had many people thanking me for my good faith videos.
Anyways, I had 3 people reporting me which does not make sense since I did my research and a lot of people are using the same videos, but why would they report me and keep other people still going?
Also, one of the accounts who reported me which is "bviral" emailed me saying they want $2,000 to remove the strike and sent me the invoice link.
I dont know what to do. Has anyone been through this?
I heard I can send a demand letter but idk if this is going to work, please help.
