Hey mensen!
Ik wil deze zondag mijn vriendin uit eten brengen voor haar verjaardag. Ik vroeg me af dat iemaand een top restaurant weet liggen in mechelen of in deelgementes. Het moet sowieso halal zijn en mijn budget is tussen de €70-€100. Het eten kan van alles zijn aangezien we wel big backs zijn haha.

I installed TMR sticks in a PS5 DualSense controller a while ago, and now a customer came back with a strange issue.
The right stick constantly pulls downward by itself.
What’s strange is:
• When pressing R3, the stick recenters and works normally
• As soon as R3 is released, it immediately starts pulling downward again
• The controller worked perfectly before
Since these are TMR sticks, I don’t think it’s traditional stick drift.
Could this be:
• Magnet misalignment?
• Calibration issue?
• Bad solder joint?
• Mechanical issue inside the module?
Anyone experienced something similar?

I came across a PS5 Disc Edition for €180, but it has some issues and I’m not sure if it’s worth the risk. I’m planning to repair it if possible.
What still works:
– The console turns on normally
– The disc drive works and reads games
– Navigating through the menu is smooth
What’s the issue:
– The console is unpredictable
– Sometimes games or apps (like Crunchyroll) won’t load
– The menu shows strange glitches (e.g. “Turn off PS5” option disappearing)
Condition:
– Looks good externally
– Technically unstable
I was wondering:
– What could be causing this? (SSD, software, overheating, motherboard?)
– Is this worth €180, or too risky?
