Was looking at my account. Have four lines and all are eligible for phone upgrades. All similar to below. (Others are iPhone offers. One below would be to replace my mom’s extremely old phone.) What’s the catch?

Am I an ass for complaining several times about having to wait in the drive-thru line when I’ve ordered ahead in the app (and receive confirmation my order is ready) and the people in front of me are ordering at the speaker? Shouldn’t they be directed to wait in the designated drive thru parking spaces?

My statements aren’t showing up for my 360 Savings. I got one in Jan and March - that’s it. Anyone else? Wonder if it has to do with the current class action. I plan to call but just curious if anyone else is experiencing it.

Just where do you find these? I’ve read that you’re supposed to get a card in your order (I haven’t) and have also read you can find in your account (I can’t). Sent an email to Customer Service. No response yet. Will call, but wondering if anyone has some insight. I order thousands of dollars in cigars a year. I should have a boatload of these.
