How to remove the previous owner's profile?

I'm not having much luck with figuring this out! Haha it's driving me a bit nuts.

Just purchased a 2023 yesterday — with just under 5,000 miles.

I'm not seeing a way to remove the previous owner's profile though.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

New [to us] car. New sticker!

It was actually a pretty tough decision to make...but decided to trade in our 2016 Land Cruiser for something a little more affordable.

2023 Volvo C40 ✌️🤙🌈

Traded my 2016 Land Cruiser for a 2023 C40 today 😢🙃

Absolutely loved my 2016 Land Cruiser…but we also have a 2021 4runner with only 40k miles and just decided to stop fighting the gas battle as much.

Trade was basically straight up + got some extra cash out of it.

It all started btw because I needed new tires…which would’ve cost about $1500…and I just said we either do that and keep it another 3 years, or trade it now.

So here we are! Bittersweet, but really excited for the change.

✌️🤙

5/22/26 UA663 Denver to Medford 😵‍💫

Were any of y’all out there part of this clusterfuck?

We were originally supposed to takeoff at 7:30pm to head to Medford OR for a 9pm arrival.

Boarded…sat on the tarmac for a bit…then got word there was a maintenance issue…then got told they were trying to fix it…then deboarded…then moved to a different gate…then cancelled…then delayed for a 12am departure…then boarded…then sit for 30 mins “waiting on the captain to arrive”…then get told that captain won’t make it…then a freaking United captain that just so happened to be on the flight in civilian mode offered to fly it and did after getting clearance 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Landed in Medford just after 2am.

Not completely blaming United, but that was an absolute clusterfuck.

I will say this though…it was incredible to see how respectful, patient, understanding, and supportive the passengers were! No joke…everyone made the best of it and there was no yelling, etc.
