Has anyone had experience in the comfort of these 2 seats? I like the M look but have heard the comfort seats are more comfortable

I ordered an iX3 a couple months ago without the muti function seats. There will be 2 drivers driving this car of varying heights. If you don’t have the multifunction seats does the iX3 have 2 driver seat presets?

I signed up on BMW’s website a couple days ago, but I have yet to get an email on the upcoming reservation day May 6th. So I have a couple questions.

Are the reservations on a queue and I may not get the opportunity to reserve on May 6th?

If I do reserve on May 6th, when are they expecting to deliver?

Is the reservation $1k refundable? My Rivian R2 reservation is refundable, but I would rather have an iX3
