How does it feel to have a mullet?

I’m a dude in my late 20’s, curly brown hair, who usually gets a #3 on the sides tapered to about finger length on top and square off the neck and sideburns so I’m not used to super long hair. I work in mechanics and spend lots of time outside so though I wear a hat often, I don’t like tons of hair on top of my head due to the heat in summer. I do however desire to have a mullet of some type, even if it’s just for the summer and then I go back to normal in the fall. Anyone have a mullet that’s just the length on the back of the head, or had one and changed their mind? Even if you tell me it’s a bad idea, I need some feedback on this 😂 My wife has said yes at this point because I’ve mentioned if I should get it or not every couple days for 2+ weeks now.

Hall Effect Sensor Repair

Good afternoon intellectually superior people.
I have a speed sensor out of a 1997 Honda Foreman 400 that has failed, which is a common issue. However there are no new ones available that I can find, and used ones are expensive for something that’s known to fail. I am making an attempt to repair or replace the sensor in the shaft housing to regain use of the sensor. I would like to try and repair the OEM sensor if I can, if I can’t then I’d like to try and retrofit a new sensor into it.

I have a cheap AliExpress cluster and sensor kit to be installed in the quad, but the sensor it came with requires a magnetic pickup, whereas the original sensor was the magnetic side. Obviously I’ll have to find a different sensor that has the magnetic component inside it, but is it really as simple as just swapping sensors since all you’re looking for is a 0-5v pulse?

I already tested the original sensor and verified I do not have any pulse at all, and there is no continuity (while I could be wrong, I feel like there should be) across any of the pins. All wires in the harness also passed an ohms test with a DVOM. Thanks for any help that can be provided, I appreciate it!

Repair options

Evening y’all!
To preface, I did autobody for 8 years, and now I’m a mechanic full time, so I can weld and I’m not afraid to fabricate or use tools.

I picked up this cruiser for free off the curb. I have no idea where to begin on this, whether it’s something I can just buy new parts for, if I need to modify some off the shelf stuff, or does it require complete fabrication? Thanks for any help that can be provided!

Evening y’all!
I have finished the drywall in the addition, my wife and I got the entire room painted, and we have carpet installed with plenty of extra (Home Depot overestimated) but at $1370 for 2 rooms of carpet and padding with “free” install, I’m not worried about it as there’s enough to carpet our office now.

We have officially moved into the room, and though it needs trim, window sills, and the closet and bedroom door installed, we’re extremely happy it’s coming to an end!

We’ve chosen a solid wood bifold door for the closet (I snagged one for $50 off FB Marketplace), and we elected for a barn door style sliding door for the bedroom as to eliminate the inward swing of the current door.
