So it’s November 5th in my game. I have Maruki at level 8 but for over a month now I talk to him in the practice building and he just says I’m almost done with my paper I want you to see it soon” am I gonna make the ranking by the 17th?

Edited because I just woke up and put rank 9 instead of rank 8
