Air 3S or Mini 5 Pro?

So, thanks to somr stupid birds (as shared previously here), I need (well, want....you get the point) a new drone.

What do you guys recommend: the Air 3S or Mini 5 Pro?

I know they have nearly the same features, but the Air 3S has the telephoto lens and would require registration due to being over 250g.
