Trying to get depth added to charts.

TLDR: do I need to purchase a different chart than the original to have depths added to the chart? And also how accurate are chart depths really. The bay we boat in goes from over 20 feet in channels to under 2 feet in many spots. Alot of areas you need to cut through to get where you are going are shallow enough if you come off plane you can't get back up.

Hey there. Recently bought a new boat that had a lowrance elite TI installed in it. I am trying to get depths to show up on the chart as right now it is just blank showing where the water is but no depths.

I mainly boat in Mitchell's bay (lake St Clair) and it is very shallow so you need to know where you are going.

All the options for depth shading or anything are mostly greyed out and unusable.

When you go to chart options the 2 options are "lowrance" and I think the other one says "Navionics". The Navionics one is the worst looking chart I have ever seen lol. The lowrance one seems very detailed except no depths. Do I just need to hook it up to a computer and update something? Or do I need to purchase a different chart. They seem pretty expensive. I had kind of assumed that depths would be an integral part of any expensive marine GPS and would be included.

Service manual for 2011 Yamaha 242 limited S

Looking to get a service manual for our new boat. Seems like the only real way to get one is to order a physical copy printed right from Yamaha. I wanted a digital as well so I could read up on it but it seems like that is a subscription service..... Which is stupid....

Anywhere else to get a legit digital copy?

Golf activity missing in Vivoactive 4

I was given an old vivo active 4 to try out to see if I would actually use the features enough to purchase a smart watch, and I am trying to set up the golf part of it but the golf "activity" is completely missing from watch. Did they remove the feature to force people to purchase new watches or am I just doing it wrong?

Question about the new talent trees.

I'm just getting back into the game, haven't played since the coming back and playing spiritborn a bit when it came out.

What happened to all the random passive stuff in the skill trees. Was that moved somewhere else or did they just get rid of it. It seems like the new trees are just spending 4 points on whatever attacks you want, then you are just dumping points in filling them up. I suppose that those other skills were a bit tedious but just seemed more interesting.

CAS question.

Hey, I'm working on a 1986 300 ZX turbo and had a question about the CAS sensor.

This car has no injector pulse and I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down to the ECM being bad and not grounding them. My main reasoning for that is that it's firing the coils but not grounding the injectors and my understanding is that the timing for both of those is the CAS sensor so presumably it should be good.

My question is just confirming that there isn't any other inputs that control ignition or injector timing.

Some history on the car. When it came to the shop it had no power to anything inside, found a blown fusible link (the black one) and don't know why it was blown. There is clear evidence that the customer was either working on it themselves before sending it to us or had it at another shop (fuse panel cover off, battery hold down off, relay cover behind the battery off) so I'm not sure why that link was blown.

I'm also concerned that a shorted injector caused the driver in the ECM to go bad as well as the link. So one way or another I suppose I should probly check them for resistance....

Thanks.
