[Fo4] Place Everywhere mod doesn’t seem to be working for me

Basically as the title says I’ve installed it via VORTEX along with some other mods (which do not conflict with each other) and the other mods seem to be working fine but the hotkeys or basically anything in the mod itself seems to not work in my case.

I already have F4SE installed and have tried restarting the game as well as previous saves but it still hasn’t worked.

Is there any workaround/ step that I’m missing? Any help is appreciated!🙏

Edit: I’ve not changed the INI file and that could be the issue from what I have seen In other posts. If anyone can guide me on how to do it that’d be really helpful!
