How is this for developing a Naruto x Fem!Deidara relationship? Any other suggestions?

I know they will interact when Naruto goes to save Gaara, but, i need to address the opposing sides issue and distance, here's what I got so far:

I was trying to figure out a way for Naruto and Fem!Deidara to have an uneasy alliance with each other for shared interests, I was thinking they both are after Orochimaru for different reasons (Naruto for Sasuke and Deidara for fulfilling a mission and it was also his and Sasori's mission after Orochimaru defected) same goal, however.

Its a Naruto x Fem! Deidara classic enemies to lovers story, the plot device to get them closer and build romantic tension between the other.

What do you guys think?

Hey guys! new poster here, I was planning on writing a universe where Katara becomes evil and basically later on down the line becomes Empress of the Water Empire, they basically take the place of the Fire Nation. Now, im aware of "Distorted Reality", but the fic im writing is not an AU, this will take place in the Avatar csnon world, but Katara begins a slow descent and ultimately on the Day of Sozin's Comet takes out the biggest threats to her vision

I was wondering how and what can cause the descent and what factors?

Thanks in advance!

I've been looking at various Tumblr blogs covering their relationship and analysises of it and honestly, it completely changed my perspective on their relationship and how much Azula let her mask slip around him, let me explain:

-In the Earth Kingdom Chronicles: The Tale of Azula, we first see her internal thoughts throughout the Earth Kingdom on him as she considers him weak and inferior to her but by the middle and end as we get closer to the Ba Sing Se Arc, she shifts to actively wanting him home and even restoring his place in line to be Fire Lord, sacrificing her desire to be in that role for his return and in her own words in the end of the book "I welcome him by my side"

-Throughout Book 3, with him back in the Fire Nation, we see her actively seeking him out, she covers for him (visiting Iroh in prison), lies for him (crediting him for killing the Avatar to bring him back home), one notably scene that stuck out at me was when Zuko was going on his tangent in the campfire scene in "The Beach" episode and Azula asks him "Who he is angry at?" then Mai asks the same thing and we see a look of concern on Azula's face in the next shot, one look that would be unheard to others and not seen until Zuko started talking. I also think him leaving on "The Day of the Black Sun" was really the cause of Azula's breakdown, not Mai and Ty Lee, it made it worse, but not the catalyst.

-Then in the comics (The Search, Smoke and Shadow) we see her via Zuko getting better first in The Search when Zuko tells her that no matter how messed up their relationship is, shes still gonna be his sister. She runs away into Forgetful Valley, abandoning her plan to use the letter against Zuko that threatens his position as Fire Lord and she tears up as well, in Smoke and Shadow, as she says shes weightless and happy for the first time and in one of the panels she has the affectionate look for him and says they are one and the same and implies she wants to be his advisor in the same crypt as the first Fire Nation advisor (now, granted she still has that fear is power ideology) but shes trying to help him and at the end of the book as he's speaking to the citizens of the Fire Nation, Azula is watching over him.

Azula sacrifices a lot for him and the tragedy of their relationship is both cant seem to get past their flaws to see it (Zuko's mistrust of Azula and Azula's behavior of fear and power)

Just some thoughts
