Looking for Genuine Placement Agencies in Pune – Freshers

Hi everyone! I’m a fresher looking for opportunities in Pune in roles such as:

Data Analyst

Power BI Developer

MIS Executive

Could anyone suggest genuine and trusted placement/recruitment agencies in Pune that actually work with freshers?

I’m specifically looking for agencies with no fake job offers or upfront scam fees. Personal experiences/recommendations would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance! 🙏

Need Genuine WFH Suggestions.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for remote Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI Training, or Excel Data Entry work.

I've spent weeks applying but keep finding fake jobs and scam websites. 😞

If you know any genuine platforms or companies that actually hire beginners, please share them. Even one good recommendation could really help.

Thank you! 🙏

Has anyone else had this experience with WNS Nashik (Indra Nagar)?

I want to share my experience and know if this has happened to anyone else.

I interviewed for the Back Office Executive role at WNS Nashik on 10 July. I cleared the HR round, then cleared the typing test with 35 WPM and 100% accuracy. After that, I attended the manager round, which also went well. At the end of the interview, both managers told me that I was selected.

However, I never received any call or joining update.

After about a week, I visited the office for a follow-up. The HR representative told me that the managers had rejected my profile. When I asked for the reason, she said she didn't know.

Later, they asked me to go through the entire recruitment process again, including the HR interview, typing test, and manager round. Unfortunately, I was again not shortlisted and didn't receive any call or feedback.

The same thing has also happened to some of my friends.

I'm not posting this to criticize anyone. I just want to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with WNS Nashik. Is this a common part of their hiring process, or was this just an isolated case?

I'd appreciate hearing about your experience. Thanks.
