Exercise/rehab for Neck pain/ Headaches @ 15 weeks

Hi Team,

Wondering if anyone has a regimen for terrible neck/ shoulder pain causing headaches.

I am prone to headaches and this type of neck and shoulder pain ( worse in on left ) I think it has come from weak gluts and a right foot injury 9 years ago Outside of pregnancy it goes away with excedrin in AM then sleep in PM + hydration.

I have tried everything including massage and I have had a headache on and off( mostly on ) for 4 days now.

I did Pilates, yoga, hiking, boxing prior to and during I pregnancy which I will continue but I need something more targeted.

After I deal with the acute pain ( planning to do acupuncture ) Any exercise regimens that anyone has to keep this at bay? I can tell this is going to get worse. I want to stay strong !

Girl named “Ira or Ayra”

Hi all,

I am Indian American and my husband is Jewish American.

We both love the name Ira because it has Hebrew and Sanskrit origin. Ira in Sanskrit means earth and is usually a girl’s name.

We don’t know if we are having a girl or boy.

To the Jewish ear how would it sound if a girl was named Ira, spelled Ayra, pronounced EYE-rah?

Thoughts ?

Telugu Baby Names

Hi Team,

Looking for a baby name… don’t know boy or girl yet.

I am Telugu American and my husband is Jewish American. We want to name the kid after a grandmother who passed ( Jewish tradition ), so preferably a name that starts with an R.

Any suggestions for Telugu / Sanskrit names that could work in the US ? Boy or girl.

We like Ranya, Reva, Richa, Rudra… but I don’t know if they are South Indian enough. Need more options!

Please help !

“ Reva “ name pronounciation ?

How would English speakers pronounce this name ?

I am trying to find a name for a Hindu Jewish baby with meanings in both Sanskrit and Hebrew and trying to see if this would sound good in typical
American English.

Lost all symptoms at 10-11 week

Has anybody else lost all their symptoms at 10 to 11 weeks and suddenly feel great and still have an ongoing pregnancy? I’m 40 and terrified of a loss.

I felt like I had the flu every day before and had acid reflux and tons of hunger. I was exhausted and took afternoon naps. Now all of a sudden I can hike 8 miles and eat anything. I don’t have horrible smell aversions. My bloating went down and I feel totally normal- not pregnant at all. I feel like it’s all a dream and I was never pregnant.

I know the placenta is taking over so it can change symptoms … but wondering if anybody else had this experience?

I had a loss at 6 weeks and at that time I lost all my symptoms too. Terrified now. Can’t imagine one now after seeing a 10 week fetus bumping around.

Any stories appreciated!

UPDATE: Got and ultrasound and everything looks good ! Fetus kicking and moving!

This is the day I conceived. Any transits that predicted this pregnancy? anything to note about the pregnancy ?

I see natal mercury in 5H is conjunct mercury transit, which hovered over natal mercury for a few days when going retrograde.

Mercury was lord of year as well. Now moon is lady of year! Any thoughts appreciated !

This is not me or my partner.

A friend asked me to read their chart and I don’t know what to say… looks bad
