I need help to choice an emulator and find where can I get games for it

So I have a Tecno Camon 18P phone I know it can't run any PS3 emulators (if it can tell me) so I want a PS2 emulator to run on my phone, The problem is I don't know what is the best PS2 emulator for mobile and I don't know what website can I download games to run on the emulator I only know for PSP games since I use an emulator called PPSSPP. So if you know any PS2 emulator for mobile and where can I download games from please tell me

I need help pirating hearts of iron 4 (v1.15.3) for the mode iron curtain

I pirated hearts of iron 4 a couple of months ago and after playing it for a while I wanted to download the iron curtain mode (the cold war mode) problem is the hoi4 I downloaded is several versions ahead of the recommended version which is v1.15.3 so now I am on the hunt for this version but sadly I couldn't download it the closest version I found is v1.15.4 from a website called (1337x) I heard that this version might work but I am not sure but I will still try my luck if anyone knows where I can download hoi4 v1.15.3 I would be very grateful

Something very wrong is happening and I don't know what should I do please help me

Yesterday I finished downloading (company of heroes 3) and after it was done I test run it and it worked normally (photo 1)then I uninstalled the repack files then went to sleep then in the next day I tried to play it but strangely an error message appeared when I try to run it (photo 2) so I checked if I deleted it by mistake but I didn't (photo 3) I wanted to post this earlier but I started downloading frostpunk thinking that the issue will solve itself soon however when frostpunk finished downloading I tried to set it up and I got a message saying that I have no connection (photo 4) even though I am connected to the internet and I opened other online apps normally.

Can someone help me please?
