How strict/lenient are they with the sticker price?

I bought a few blurays and 4Ks from CEX yesterday and didn’t realise until I got home that the price they charged me for one of them wasn’t the price on the sticker. The sticker price was £12 but they charged me £15, I didn’t notice at the time because I was using store credit and didn’t bother to keep track of the exact price as I knew I was under the amount I had on the voucher but I’ve checked the receipt this evening and realised what’s happened. I’ve checked the app and the correct price is actually £15 however I was under the impression that they always honour the price on the sticker if the price has been updated on the system but not yet on the shelves. My question is if I go back and explain will they refund the difference in price or will they just say the sticker was incorrect and the price I paid was correct? I know it’s only £3 but it’s more about the principle, plus £3 can get me another Blu-ray next time I’m in there

Does the intense layer of dust come included in the price, or do I have to pay extra?

Please give your items a quick wipe at the bare minimum before listing them up people…..

I had some CEX store credit and ended up spending £160 on this haul, mostly films I know I like plus a couple of blind buys :)
