Just wanted to share.

I’m looking to replace this faceplate because of the ugly damage around the b button. I do not plan on replacing the light blue shell or buttons since those ribbon cables are a nightmare. I’m open to original or custom ones that would look nice with the light blue shell, just as long as it’s not glossy black.

I received this Gameboy Micro as a gift recently but noticed that the a&b buttons and dpad required me to push the buttons more after they had been pressed in to make contact. I assumed that the contacts were dirty so I opened it up to find what ever this is. I tried scrubbing those pads with some IPA but it really didn’t make much of a difference. What should I do here?
