Incident at work
Location: Texas
A year ago I was working as a paramedic at a company who scheduled us 7on 7 off. I shared a room with two men. I’m a female. At one point during the shift the two males were passing back and forth a sex toy used for male masturbation. Showing me the toy. It was really gross and disrespectful I reported the incident to HR and then wasn’t given any more shifts. I had put in a request to go PRN with the company but after the complaint was made I didn’t get any shifts. I know it’s been a year but this has affected my life. I still have nightmares about the toxic work environment compounded with the high stress of the job.. is there anything legally I can do?

Texas BON questions..criminal record.
I am a paramedic looking to bridge to RN. I have a little criminal history that I’ve sealed/expunged. I had two dismissed assaults expunged, a false report sealed (DV, lied said my bf didn’t beat me up) and a possession of marijuana when I was 19. The school I’m looking to go to wants a letter from the TX BON stating that i can be licensed. Has anyone here been through this?
