Beginner freestyling here.. Struggling with flow! Any advice ...

I started pole classes around 2 months ago - but have experience with aerials for many years and have had a pole in the house for some years though it wasnt used much. The pole classes are great but we just learn static tricks on the pole. I have a want burning inside me to move and free style with the pole but I feel clunky and awkward and like I cant break free and dont know how to overcome that. Has anyone else felt the same? How do I break free?! Does anyone have recommendations of online tutorials that might help. I have adhd and really struggle to learn strict choreos! Thanks so much in advance.

Beginner ballet, painful lump.

Hi all, I started ballet around 3 months ago for the first time, I am 35 and have class once a week and try to practice a little at home. I wear le danca split soles or socks. In the last week or so I see that a lump is forming above my big toe, its not big, but its new. Its a little sore but not aching. I am wondering does anyone know what is going on?

Hows my form? All from full hang.

I think i am relying more on my right side to do more work. Anything else going on here?

Anyone know what is going on here?

Spotted in Tesco Phibsboro, is this anti theft? I could only see it in the chocolate aisle, makes a loud sound when you slide them. Interesting 🤔

Liklihood of adult beginner getting on pointe

I started ballet a few months ago, I am in my 30s, I have taken to it relatively well as I have some background in aerials. What is the liklihood of adults getting to a stage where you can go on pointe and does anyone have recommendations of things to incorporate at this stage in the hope that sometime down the line I could get there. Thank you 😊

This is my gorgeous umbrella plant, I've had for about 10 years, its come with me through many house moves/relocations.

Last growing season it didnt grow at all, no new leaves, the previous year it grew like crazy. The new growing nodes all look like this (pictured 2 and 3) little black spots rather than the green node ready to grow (also pictured 4)

Any advice on what I should do? Would love her to grow this year 🥰

More info:

Summer/growing months April - October. Winter is not too cold but alot less light, my plants would all go into hibernation November to March. Placed near light but no direct sun. I water once every two weeks in growing season or anytime I see the soil drying.
