Customer wants to change the function to Storeroom. Currently you have to manually lock and unlock the deadbolt with the interior thumbturn. They want free egress by turning the knob. 2 3/4" bs, 4" pz. The door will be unlocked from the exterior with access control going to the electric strike. The deadbolt will keep the door locked unless manually opened from the interior. The strike wasn't my handywork..

Customer wants to remove the electric strike and install a solid, conventional strike.

I usually just sauté in butter, garlic and onion. Then add thyme, pepper and finish with salt. Any other ways to prepare?

Got a tough one here.. Balcony/Terrace Aluminum, multipoint doors. Someone as botched a hinge adjustment and I need at least 1 new hinge. They're Dr. Hahn hinges from Germany. Does anyone have a source?

Just had to do an emergency de-graft from pereskiopsis. Dipped in rooting powder and moved to slightly moist mix. What more can I do to encourage new roots? It's indoors, at a constant 80° under led lights. Of course it threw a couple flowers 🤪 I don't want to lose this one..
