I keep comparing old photos as the change, to me, looks so drastic. All i did was calorie counting and gym...no weird diets and no medication. Hard HARD work but around to finally not be embarrassed to take my top off.

M/35/5’8” [282lbs >190lbs = 92lbs] (2 years) My face looks totally different now. My whole body does in fact. CICO works. But combining it with 8-10 gours of gym a week works even better.

It's weird seeing my reflection in the mirror after losing around about 41kg/90lbs. I'm not as strong but I still think it was worth it.

3 years between photos. Starting calorie counting in Sep 25 and the weight has slowly but consistently fallen off. I'm looking forward to the beach at last.

In imperial, im about 5"10. Went from About 282lb down to 194lb so down about 90lbs.

I calorie counted keeping at about 2300 on average per day.started calorie counting on Sep 25 so about 30kg of the loss has been since then.

I also loved weightlifting so I kept that up but I also do a lot more cardio.and core work now. I even ran 5k in 29 mins recently. I aim for 120g of protein per day but upped that to 150g as i was losing a little more strength then i liked. Thats pretty much it.
