Hiring for my replacement (pasta production)
I’m leaving my current job so just boost for the position.
Upscale restaurant in Queen West. It’s a 10AM - 6PM 5 days a week job (Tuesday and Wednesday off, negotiable). You’ll be making fresh pasta including the dough and fillings, as well as bread doughs occasionally. There will be some training but it’s NOT for beginners. Require basic cooking skills, strong pasta assembling skills and VERY STRONG time management.

Are the bottoms modded?
I bought these pre-owned and found out the bottom to have this rubber pads, which I assume it’s to add durability.
However the nails are throwing me off. Is it the original or some really good cobbler’s craftsmanship?
