What to expect from a coach

Hey everyone first post here, had a question My younger son made it to a “competition” league U10 started out playing recreational, my question is what do you or can you expect at that age for the coach to teach them? As far as drills, workouts etc, I know with rec it was just for fun so they didn’t do many complex drills, with this new league they do some drills but mostly scrimmage I guess I was just hoping for more along the lines of ball handling, speed drills etc, I may be wrong tho this is our 2nd year in, thanks

Crazy what 90 days on Reta can do

My progress on the first 90days on Reta, 60lbs down never in my obese life did I think I would be able to control my appetite, or cut back on the drinking! Long story short always had an issue with binge eating and heavy alcohol drinking. I’m a decade long yo-yo dieter, I don’t want to bore you with my weight loss journey, currently on 3mgs of Reta. Now that I can fast! I do intermittent fasting, it fits my busy job schedule, I keep my protein high around 220g, fats at 40g and I do cycle my carbs, for exercise my job has me walking a lot so I pretty much get all my cardio throughout my workday, I do try to get some body workouts in when I can at home but I’m a “soccer dad” 2 of my kids play comp league and on top of that i work 12hr shifts 5/6 days a week, GLP’s changed my life 💪

60lbs down, Titrated slowly to 2mg weekly, for once in my life I’m able to fast lol also kicked a lot of bad habits (alcohol etc), so lots of fasting and eating clean, busy schedule so I don’t have time for gym, my job consists of a lot of walking so I get my cardio that way
