What life lessons did you learn from Doctor Who?

There's one quote in particular that changed the way I look at people:

>We all change, when you think about it. We’re all different people all through our lives. And that’s OK, that’s good, you gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all the people that you used to be.

It changed my perspective on breakups, not only romantic, but for friendships too. That past friendship isn't invalidated by the two of you falling out. It is alright to miss the friendship that you used to have, whilst also not wanting to reconnect with the person they have become.

It also works the opposite way. Someone can have done bad stuff in the past, then later grow as a person and it can be alright to reconnect with a person who wronged you in the past.

This was fun last time - That's almost two years ago - Let's do it again

For those who aren't familiar: A haiku is a small poem, consisting of three lines with, 5, 7, then 5 syllables again. Typically, the third line has something like a twist, or a conclusion, something that puts the first two lines into perspective. There's no need for any rhyme.
