Unique, Fun, Simple(ish) Indie Games?

Hey all, just seeing if there are any indie games out there I might have missed that fit a loose criteria.

Hoping to run intro games at a con and want to highlight some games that might deserve a little more recognition.

- Looking for ones that are easy for beginners to get a feel for (more complexity / squad building can come in later games).

- Somewhat unique gameplay.

- Can shine in a single game rather than over a campaign (i.e. not Mordheim)

- Preferably a smaller indie game, but not necessary.

Some examples; Space Gitz, Gaslands, TONKS, Hairfoot Jousting.

Thanks!

Did reddit change the 'comment' box on the mobile browser?

instead of a simple text field appearing it seems a second window pops up (that you can swipe to close) at the bottom.

most of the time it overlaps with my keyboard and is hard to see the full message I'm typing. If you tap away it fills the entire screen partially cutting off the button to actually post.

It has been extremely difficult to comment on anything. Has it changed for anyone else? I'm on ios.

My issue with God's omniscience and creation

This is most likely not an original thought but I've been thinking a lot recently about god's supposed omniscience (knowing all things) and how ridiculous it makes everything unless you blindly accept the 'mysterious ways' cop out.

More specifically I've been thinking about what that omniscience would be like at the beginning of Genesis when god looked out into the void and decided to create something.

In my head I picture god creating reality as if he were building some kind of metaphorical Rube Goldberg Machine or setting up a line of Dominos. There are infinite materials he could use and infinite ways he could build this 'machine' - yet no matter how he builds it, however much randomness or 'free will' he adds to it, he knows exactly what is going to happen the moment he pushes over that first domino.

So god looks out into this void and decides; I'm going to create this amazing universe with humans, knowing full well that I will drown 99.9% of them later on.

I'm going to create DNA and cells, knowing full well that mutations and cancer will be a thing causing the agonising deaths of humans and children.

I'm going to create Lucifer, knowing full well that I will eventually have to cast him out from heaven.

I'm going to create the concept of sin and hell, knowing full well that billions of humans will end up there in infinite agony.

I'm going to create a forbidden tree in the Garden of Eden, knowing full well that Lucifer will convince Eve to eat that fruit forcing me to kick them out and punish the rest of humanity.

I'm going to create a system of blood sacrifices and burnt offerings to atone for sin, knowing full well that I will change this later on when I become Jesus.

and so on...

I don't know, theres not much of a point to this post besides me needed vomit these thoughts out of my head. I've just been finding it extra ridiculous looking at this reality and the bible and accepting it was created by a christian god who can do anything and also see the consequences of every choice.

Haven't had a chance to explore the south eastern part of VIC yet and hoping to do so in a few weeks.

I'm coming from Melbourne and hoping to end up in Mallacoota. Ive been all over Wilson's Prom so would be grateful for recommendations east of that. Lakes Entrance is definitely on the list, but I'm just starting to work out an itinerary.

Hikes, beautiful sights, hidden gems and especially any recommendations for overnight hike-in camping spots, although nothing too crazy (5 or less hours one way and I'm not wanting to climb Kosciuszko or anything on this trip).

Thanks in advance.
