Schedule A and past cancer

I'm in the unfortunate position of once again seeking a job. It's been a long time since I've done this and every job I've applied for lists Cancer (Present or Past) on the list of disabilities, including on the SF-256. Does past cancer qualify you for schedule A hiring?

I had cancer with surgery and chemo years ago but it doesn't really affect my day to day now, other than getting some routine screenings a little more often than someone without cancer history might. I don't want to lie or exaggerate my circumstances, but if this is something that would genuinely qualify me, I would certainly be open to exploring it.

I've been digging and digging, but I'm at a brick wall and can't seem to get any further on an ancestor named Elmore Clark born roughly 1808 in Canada.

There are several US census records from the mid-1800s listing his residence as New York, but place of birth just as Canada. His son's death certificate also lists Elmore's birthplace as Canada and I found another document that indicates Elmore's parents were both foreign born, but with no names. His branch of the family lived in New York near the Quebec and Ontario border. He died in Charlevoix, MI in 1887. I've looked through everything publicly available I can think of, but without more information on place of birth, I'm at a dead end.

Looking for good brunch spots with outdoor seating for people watching or nice scenic views. Are there any good spots on the Potomac? Or something outdoors in Old Town? Good food is obviously a plus, but since spring is here, we're trying to take advantage of the weather! Willing to consider MD and DC too for the right spots.

I'm about six or seven hours in, and right now I feel like I'm wandering around doing random quests as I come across them, but I don't really think I understand the game or what my goals are. I love how the world feels alive and that things are happening even if I'm not involved, but I also don't have any sense of how to progress the game. Do I just need to stick with it for a bit longer, or is there something specific that I should do? I don't necessarily need or want a straight checklist of things to do to beat the game, but I just have no idea how many bounties I'm supposed to collect or how many times I need to wander back to the ranch and catch thieves at night.

It was always weird to me that we didn't see this. It was obvious that they weren't a good fit and it was obvious that Pam had feelings for Jim. But through the first two seasons, Pam and Roy's engagement was always the big obstacle that was keeping Pam and Jim apart.

Then in season three the show is just like "Nope, they broke up a while back, off screen while nobody was watching!"

I wish we could have seen what made Pam actually end it.
