Reach In Freezer

Hey y’all I figured I’d post about this freezer I’m working on. I’m a commercial heating & air/refrigeration apprentice (2 years in) and this is my second time working on any small appliances like this. Got a call for the unit not freezing and found the power wires broken in two spots. Fixed it and fired it up. Here’s my notes on everything I checked before starting it and while it’s running. Anything else I should check? Just trying to learn about different things to look out for next time I get a service call on these things. Thanks y’all

Company work van

Originally posted in r/HVAC and someone told me to post it here to see what yall think. I got put in this van a month or so ago and got all of my stuff put where I like it. Now I gotta go through the company stuff and see what I’m keeping on here and what’s gonna stay at the shop.

Cleaned the van out after work. Got put in it not too long ago and still need to stock some things. But looking pretty good to me. Gotta get rid of some of these fuckin recovery cylinders lol.

Hey y’all I’m not sure if this belongs here but I figured I’d ask. I have these cheaper Justin boots and I’ve been very pleased with them other than the insoles are already wearing down after a few months of daily use. For context I’m a heating & air guy and am pretty hard on my boots. Any recommendations on good insoles I can buy that’ll last a while without having chunks get under my feet throughout the day? Quite irritating when I feel it coming apart like that. Is it a boot issue or is it something I am doing wrong? It’s happened to a few other brands that I’ve had before these as well. I know I should probably buy more expensive boots but I want to see what I can do with what I have at the moment. Thanks in advance.
