Awaiting E02 placement and currently struggling with current agency AO position.

Hey folks,

Ended up being successful in the E02 from February this year however I’m 1086 in the Merit list. I’ve been an agency AO through Recruitment Co. In Lisahally for nearly 2 years now and at this point I’m really struggling to soldier on until I get placed, the work is just relentless, every day my head is splitting once I finish from the pressure to meet SLA and I dread work almost every day, I have a great track record in there and get on with everyone really well, never had any problems in however if your stats drop an inch they’re onto you instantly. Every day there’s a “ok guys we need you working as hard as possible today SLA is tight” message in teams. Haven’t taken any time off this year and have just come back from a holiday which has been a slog to build up days for. It’s just gruellingly repetitive and high paced 24/7, I completely understand I’m here to work and work hard but it’s just really taking a toll, it’s such a convoluted process to book time off and they’re very strict about when you can book long periods. The long and short of it is, do you think it’s worth staying on and hope for my E02 placement before the end of the year or should I seek something elsewhere to tide me over until then. Sorry for the rant! Cheers.

War in the North Fellowship released!

Hey folks! its been a minute!

Took a break from BFME to bring these guys to the tabletop, loved this game back in the day and I believe it needed a bit of representation. I havent had a huge amount of time for blender the past while and im heading on holiday tomorrow so managed to get these guys done just in time! Farin is designed after his earlier armor sets in the game as im not a huge fan of the plate armor we see him wearing in the promo materials.

After I come back from holibobs i'm gonna have a go at Agundaur and maybe a few more boys from the game.

Hope these guys serve you well against the forces of Angmar!

Multiplayer Galactic Conquest

Hey folks,

Anyone actually managed to play a MP galactic conquest on AOTR or its related mods? I’ve seen a bunch of submods popping up for it and I’d like to try give it a go with a friend if anyone’s got any insight.

Also seen the Overseer and StarrySky play it on YouTube and it seemed fairly stable

ROTWK Thrallmaster and Orc Builder released!

I HAVE STONE AND IRON TO USE FOR ANGMAR!

Little late with this one as I had a busy week but got these guys done over the weekend,

Angmar's Thrallmaster and Orc Builder!

Not alot of reference material out there for these ones in particular so I took a few creative liberties with the Thrallmaster in particular. The Gladiator esq faceplate is still present however moreso in the form of an actual helmet whilst keeping a dark age - winter war aesthetic including a fur cloak, leg wraps etc.

Hope these guys can serve you well even as display pieces.

I do want to get round to a mounted Glorfindel and Witch King at some stage but if you guys have any suggestions for anything that doesn't already exist in the game i'd love to hear it!

Cheers!

Hey folks!

Bit late with this release however the bank holiday weekend gave me a bit more time to put into sculpting. As requested the men of Carn Dum are here to serve in your Angmar ranks aswell as a Snow Troll which should work well as a hill troll proxy!

I am working to get my stuff out as physicals but I want to make sure its high enough quality to warrent the effort of processing as I have alot going on atm outside of the 9-5 that doesn't give me too much time to put into things outside of work. The plan is to pre-print everything in batches rather than a print to order model as im a one man show with one printer, so once I have the last batch done here il have an Etsy open!

Appriciate the support i've had so far and i'm seriously enjoying seeing some of my models popping up painted out there. Im considering moving into MMF and opening a tribe soon as a monthly, larger release might be more fitting.

Next up is the Thrallmaster and the BFME orc builder!

Hey folks, I’m from Northern Ireland and I and a few friends are planning on making a pilgrimage to Bloodstock 2027. It’l be all our first metal festival, something we’ve been wanting do do our whole lives however I’m trying to figure out the logistics of having the best experience possible as is someone who has to hop over the water to attend. We’d love to be able to camp in Midguard since we want to mingle with some fellow metal heads etc. We have the option of getting a ferry from Belfast to Liverpool then drive on to the festival however that would be a grueling almost 8 hour drive after 4 days or partying which I don’t think is wise. We can fly over however this means we won’t be able to bring our own camping gear and I had planned on bringing raised camping beds and a large tent.

SO my real question is to anyone who has to travel a significant distance to the festival, do you guys usually opt for pre pitched camping in Asgard through something like tangerine fields and pick up anything extra you need from fat Frank’s? Or in general just any advice for attending the festival when having to travel a bit to get there.

This experience has been a very long time coming so I want to try get it right the first time, cheers!
