Practical ga alochinchadam naa thappaa?

So this girl told me she wants me to take her to the top of a tower like that couple who climbed the Empire State Building recently because she thought it was cute.

I said I could probably climb something like that with some practice since I’m in decent shape. I asked “Can you climb it too?”

She’s now mad because I am being practical instead of saying “I’d take you”.

Anyone had a partner like freaky nikki ?

So the question is if anyone had a partner like nikki from the movie obsession?

How did the relationship end? Or did you fix them?

In general do people like if the partner is obsessed like nikki?

Patriarchy in rituals.

So my cousin passed away a few days ago, and last week happened to be the 10th day ritual. I was there for the whole thing.

Apparently, we should do Pinda Pradhanam to our elders. The priest asked my uncle for his father’s name and grandfather’s name, but not his mother’s or grandmother’s name.

I never really thought deeply about this patriarchy. I know this is bad and that it runs through many aspects of our lives. For a second, I was thinking, I know my grandmother’s name, but I’m not even aware of my grandmother’s mother-in-law’s name. On the other hand, I even know my grandfather’s dad’s and my great grandfather’s name.

Idk, but it felt really bad. I wanted to ask the priest to include my grandmother’s name too, but I didn’t dare to. I was wondering if I am the only one who observed this? Any thoughts?
