Got my hands on one of my personal grails, the Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2070SB CRT Monitor! Looking for Display Port to VGA adapters

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this monitor up on FB marketplace for $500. I messaged the seller within 10 minutes of it being listed, and after a few hours of keeping my cool (lmao yeah right), he messaged me. There were other offers in the mix, but since I was the first to message him about it, he ultimately offered me the sale.

I’ve been hoping for a new game or something miraculous to pull me back into PC gaming, and this monitor has done just that. Now I am on the hunt for an adequate adapter to allow me to maximize the beauty that this 2070SB has to offer! If anyone out there would be willing to part with one of the following, please let me know: Sunix DPU3000, Icy Box IB-SPL1031, and DeLock 87685

Went to a flea market and saw this cool guy staring at me

Seems to be an authentic Witco hanging lamp. At a buck fifty, I scooped it up immediately! Going to see how it looks in the plant room. It’s sitting on a chair for now, but it’s plugged in and everything works! It’s absolutely massive 😅

Sony KV-34HS510 issue. Screen went red and turned off

Hey all! I picked up a set that just had something very alarming occur. After playing on my switch 2 for the past hour, I wanted to bump the volume up a bit. Didn’t go full send or anything. Just wanted to hear these beautiful speakers and increased the volume to around 60%. I assume that there might be a cracked solder joint. Might be the wrong assumption, but right when the bass hit hard, the screen went red and then turned off. I turned it back on again.. still red. I then instinctively gave it a good love tap on the side of the CRT, tuned it back on, and everything is back to a normal display. No red screen and it’s staying on. Now I know that it isn’t fine and dandy. I just don’t know what I need to look at when I open it up. The extent of my CRT repairs is replacing caps and reflowing a cracked solder joint of a front input. I would appreciate any thought on what I might have just experienced and where to go from here. Thank you in advance, and don’t worry.. I won’t hit it again. (The photo is right after it turned on after the tap. Unfortunately no documentation of the issue)

Need help ID’Ing these beautiful chairs from the 70’s

Hey all! I have a chance to pick these chairs up today, but I can’t seem to find much info on them other than a few reverse image links that all seem to be from chairish. Would like a more informative identification on these if possible. Thanks in advance!

Toshiba issues with sound when turned up. Help!

Hard to explain but I took a video. Happens when I turn it up to a decent level. Only certain sounds trigger it.

LSD Dream Emulator “Hat-man” found in the wild

I saw this antique chest on Facebook marketplace for $20 bucks. I immediately saw the Hat man and lost my damned mind. Now I’m meeting a stranger an hour away to buy a haunted chest to add it to my game collection. I’m keeping my copy of LSD inside of it. Stay tuned.
