Mosquitos eating me alive right now, and as usual there's water in the street constantly. All summer long. It's so persistent there's moss growing under it. (Magnolia & Vineland)
Isn't this standing water probably a breeding ground for mosquitos? Can I contact County Health or something?

Maybe I'm speaking out of privilege, but I live in this area and I'm so fed up with people just stopped in the middle of the road, parked at red curbs, blinkers on, etc. Often just parked in the middle of the turn lanes.
I know there's not a lot of parking and it's a popular place on the weekends. I also know that delivery drivers need to park somewhere.
But I am still tired of people treating McCormick, Blakeslee, and Magnolia streets like parking lots.
