I am at a startup and tasked with our GTM B2B approach since we've mostly been D2C. We sell custom 3D printed orthotics. We smoke traditional models in quality, delivery time and time spent in office doing these with patients.

Has anyone sold orthotics or adjacent devices to these call points? What do they care about? What's the best way to work with them?

Anyone have it? Thoughts? Thanks.

I've taken 5 products for 0-1 in this space before but at large scale companies. I am currently at a startup now and did it again in a cold market.

I am now being brought on to a small team of 4 with offshore support/manufacturing & strong funding to bring a product to life here.

What steps would you take? I've done this before but now it's all on me & im nervous but confident.

I can work with brands, wellness programs, hospital systems, mom & pop clinics, fitness studios/gyms/events & really anything adjacent.

Product is D2C but has plenty of B2B merit selling to providers. It is disrupting. 1/4 the cost, half the time to patient & can truly take off.

Online DD franchise/muni season with other friends/users

I’m 300K away. Just can’t decide if I want him or not. I like have the extra stubs in rotation for anything upcoming if cards I want to try.

I am at 450K currently.
