Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer letter from Deloitte USI and have already resigned from my current company. Since I’m serving a 90-day notice period, I’m a bit worried about the possibility of the offer being withdrawn. Is there any chance of that happening?

Also, I submitted all my documents for background verification, but the BGV is still in progress and it has been around 14 days. I reached out to Deloitte’s verification vendor, and they responded:

“I’m sorry for the delay and any trouble this has caused. Thanks for your patience. I can’t share details about your background check, as we’re following the guidelines set by your employer. Please contact your Deloitte team for further assistance on this matter.”

Should I be concerned, or is this normal?

I was supposed to have an interview today, but no one joined the call.
The HR team then asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow at 6 p.m.
However, even after confirming that, the interview was canceled again, and I haven't received any updates from HR yet.
HR says slots will be automatically picked up,
Could someone help me?

I’m interviewing for an Accenture Data Engineer role. First, I completed the assessment round, and then I had a round with theoretical questions. Now, another interview has been scheduled, which seems to be the second round(in mail it says final).

What should I expect in this round? Will it mainly focus on coding questions or more theoretical/architecture-based discussions?

My joining date is 10th August 2026. Since my notice period is 90 days, I am planning to resign on 11th May 2026 so that my notice period ends before the joining date.
My calculation is it correct or should resign tomorrow… do they include resignation day …

But i had some question on BGV and few question on offer letter . I tried calling HR multiple time and dropped him a message.

But HR never called me back…

is hr trying to ghost me …. i am not sure if i should resign.

I have cleared l1 and l2 . what to expect in l3 i am data engineer with 5.9yr of experience.

also my current ctc is 21.5 and fixed is 16.8 .. how much should i quote if they ask …

I want to say 25 fixed but they might reject me of budget constraints..
