Just finished watching the immortal man...
So after 4 years of waiting im kind of disappointed no arthur because hes killed by Tommy and I get that Steven Knight wanted Tommy to commit an "unforgivable" act to destroy his own, long-standing code of protecting family but it is just so dumb, and Duke in the end of season 6 he seemed so interesting and mysterious and I feel like the film dumbed his character down to uh me dad leave me angry me take it out on townsfolk, every thing else was meh adas death felt very stupid and pointless, and in the end when Tommy let's himself be killed just felt so meh for a character that has been so Important I thought surely they would have killed him off in a cooler way maybe even with Duke actually betraying him but no,this feels like the ending to a show called blacklist all over again, and I have a major gripe why tf did I get 0 trailers for this movie that I've been anticipating for so long.I've never been so disappointed but also at acceptance with a characters death like this before its baffling its like watching something you've invested so much time into go kaput it just felt so meaningless I truly believe that the film is good but I'd rather the ending of season 6 than this films ending but oh well.
edit:atp I genuinely believe the ending to season 6 was better and more meaningful than this entire movie
