Since we now all have Corona’s original forever echoing in our heads, I thought folks might enjoy mixing it up with this lush bossa nova version.

The Jimothy: Seattle Raccoon Steals Hearts podcast by Terrestrials (AKA Radiolab for kids)

u/ghorlectipod posted a link to the song featured by the Fleet Foxes but I don’t think anyone has linked to the podcast episode itself yet. It’s a fun listen. Really makes you appreciate what it’s taken for Jimothy to survive and thrive.

Teeth!

The comments are hilarious. People in the Baking Reddit find this very creepy. As a Widow’s Bay fan, I find these utterly delightful and great inspiration for a watch party! I’d put a couple of pairs of pliers on the cookie plate next to them.

ETA: Really interesting vid shared by u/butterchurning, who wrote, “I found this one with Chris Liepe. It's really good because his co-host Andy demonstrates actual screamo to match what Nene did. No other YouTube account that I've seen does this.”

My experience with VILPA exercise

Hi, all - Several months ago I posted in this sub about VILPA (https://www.reddit.com/r/dysautonomia/s/sqtmoDvJNd).

I continue to be surprised by how well I tolerate these brief “exercise snacks.” These days I’m also recovering more easily. When I first started, 30 seconds of moderate to high intensity movement would incapacitate me afterwards - couldn’t do much until my blood pressure stabilized. After doing this for about six months, I’ve gotten to the point where (on a good day) I can do 1 to 2 minutes and still be functional afterward.

Anyone else doing VILPA? Or have suggestions for other exercises that are tolerable by people with severe dysautonomia?
