Bit of help needed

Sorry for the long post

\* 22M with very little movement and very poor diet
\* Twitching started around 20 August 2025
\* Twitches occur all over body (arms, legs, face, thumbs) but left arm is the area that worries me most
\* Symptoms fluctuate a lot; some days are much quieter than others
\* the last couple of days it’s flared up again
\* Sometimes get visible twitches at the base of my thumb that can move the thumb slightly
\* Left arm often has a dull ache/discomfort that comes and goes
\* Pain is usually brief (seconds at a time) and can be in shoulder, forearm, wrist, hand, or fingertips
\* No obvious loss of strength that I’ve noticed
\* Can still pick things up normally
\* Can still throw darts normally
\* Can still do bicep curls, shoulder presses and lateral raises with 4.5kg weights on both sides
\* Main issue seems to be discomfort, twitching, shaking and fatigue rather than inability to do tasks
\* Face and neck can tremble when I scrunch my face or clench my jaw hard
\* Been very sedentary for years
\* Neurology appointment finally coming up after an 8-month wait

Today especially I’ve been having near nonstop twitches in my right top of the forearm just below the crevis, it’s somewhere I don’t think I’ve twitched much before at all but today it’s near exploded

Does this sound familiar to anyone who has experienced widespread twitching with normal strength and fluctuating symptoms?

Is this normal?

Is this normal?

So I’ve been having twitches literally everywhere for about 10 months as a 22 year old man but today my right forearm has absolutely exploded with twitches. Like to the point I’m not getting more than 20 seconds without a bundle of short fast twitches.

I can’t remember really getting many twitches there before today which is why I’m so puzzled as to why that has exploded just today
