Confused between DTU BT, YMCA Electronics & IoT (ymca is haryana state gov college), and IGDTUW Mechanical. What would you choose considering college tag, placements, opportunities, branch scope and location? Especially looking for senior opinions. Which one is the safest/best overall?
I hoping for special spot (if tht happens) I lost the seat by 1k in normal spot
Got MAIT EEE in Spot Round but I want to participate in the fot du physical spot too. I have to pay ₹96k + the remaining fee to confirm my seat in mait
If I pay everything now, will the fees be refunded? If not, how much would I lose? Anyone who’s been through this, pls help 😭
Any chances of special spot happening?
What are the chances of special spot happening- low, fairly moderate, high?

Before today's spot round, I'm confused about what to choose. I currently have FOT DU ECE, but I may have a chance of getting IGDTUW Mechanical or DTU Environmental Engineering (ENE). My priority is good placements, overall campus life, future career opportunities, and college reputation. Since I may pursue data science or an MBA after gaining some work experience, I want to make the best long-term decision. Please help me compare these options based on all these factors and suggest which one would be the better choice.
I got allotted ECE at DSEU GB Pant. Initially, I was okay with it, but after watching campus videos, I saw that it doesn't seem to have basic facilities, an auditorium, active clubs, or good fests. Now I'm really regretting my decision. Am I overthinking, or is the campus life actually like this?
I have been allotted a branch through the sliding round in IPU, but I'm thinking of participating in the spot round because I might get the branch I actually want. Can anyone tell me whether the IPU spot round is conducted online or offline? Also, if anyone has attended it before, please share how the process works.
The instructions say the candidate profile should be generated/downloaded after 20th July, but when I download mine, it still shows generated on 8th June. There's no option to regenerate it. Is this okay, or am I missing something? Has anyone faced the same issue?
I have a 136k JEE Main CRL rank (Haryana, General, Male). I know it's probably a long shot, but do you think is it worth? Will i get smth or should I skip it? I'm not very hopeful, but I was wondering if there's any chance at all. Would appreciate any advice from people who've been through the process.

Hey, I missed registering for HSTES counselling. Can I still register just for the YMCA Faridabad Spot Round on the 5th? If yes, where do I register? Thanks!
So basically, I appeared for the CBSE Class 12 improvement exam, so I have two Class 12 marksheets (the original and the improvement marksheet). I also took a one-year gap after Class 12 for JEE preparation. Will this cause any issue during admission? Do I need to submit a gap year certificate, or will having two Class 12 marksheets lead to disqualification?
I am hopeful of getting smth in spot maybe in igdtuw
